We've got the need for some coverage and backup for watering our downtown hanging baskets and planters. This position uses an electric cart with a water tank and wand to water each of our hanging baskets, ground planters, and other flower pots around downtown. It typically takes 3-4 hours, and is an independent position without much oversight. Toss in some earbuds with some tunes or your favorite podcast, meet the walkers and people downtown, and make a bit of side money.We are looking to have Sunday covered, plus some other days during the week. Figure 3-4 days a week until we take the planters down in the fall. The position pays $15.50 an hour and would be perfect for someone who loves flowers, retirees, someone attending school or in need of flexible part time hours.
