To our friends and investors:
In 2022, the Harvard Parks Foundation received a generous donation which allowed us to really get our fundraising in gear. It was also that year that a new Board of Directors was appointed from the membership of the former Harvard Events Committee.
The majority of that donation was used to create both an Endowment Fund and an Investment Fund, managed by the Community Foundation of McHenry County. Our plan is to, over time, continue to add to these funds until we can create a continuous revenue stream to fund our additions and improvements to the City of Harvard Park system.
